Family owned and operated since our inception, with a historic working portfolio that covers commercial and industrial flat roofing works in all shapes, sizes and complexity including roof refurbishment, repair and new build commercial and industrial roofing markets.
K Pendlebury & Sons Ltd is a second generation family roofing company first established in 1965. Whilst we are based in the North West (Wigan) with the vast majority of the workforce being local and having worked loyally for the company for over a number of years, we have successfully carried out high quality roofing projects, large and small, from the Midlands up to Cumbria and the North East. With the majority of our work coming from referrals and repeat customers we pride ourselves on providing excellent working and safety practices.
All operatives carry CSCS cards, CRB checked, many have additional security clearance for police, HMP and other special clients.
Today we specialise in all aspects of flat roofing systems i.e. bituminous felt torch applied and self-adhesive, single ply membranes, liquid applied coatings and green roofs. We also carry out maintenance and replacement of slate and tiled roofs and have undertaken heritage work on listed buildings. Our experience extends into profile metal sheeting and composite panel roofing systems. Our professional accreditations include: CHAS, Safe Contractor, Construction Line, NFRC, Federation Of Master Builders.
